In 2021 we invested in a Bystronic 4Kw Fiber Laser to compliment our existing fabrication workshop. This gave us immediate results in efficiency and accuracy.

Expanding on our already successful Bystronic Fiber Laser, in 2026 we decided to invest in additional technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual handling and therefore leadtimes.

In partnership with Bystronic, we purchased a ByTrans 3015 Extended Automation module that allows for a total of 6 tonnes of sheet material in 2 off separate load centres. This then means much less manual handling, quicker turnaround on parts, and frees the operator to complete other tasks. After successful overnight trials the unit has proven itself already in a production run.
